Costa del Sol Services is small and friendly company, run and owned by English staff who, after living for more than 15 years in Spain speak fluent Spanish and offer a full Property Management, Property maintenance, and Property cleaning package on the Costa del Sol to guarantee that your investment receives the best possible care and attention so you can be assured that your home is secure and in safe hands. We are based in Fuengirola and Riviera del Sol.

We are able to negotiate with solicitors, insurance companies, local tradesmen or service companies on your behalf without the language problems normally encountered by foreigners. One of the things you will learn about in Spain is that normally Nationals get things done in half the time, with half the hassle!
